Architectural Control information
owners must submit a form if you are an upstairs unit installing any other surface than carpet. Sound proof ratings for whatever product you intend to use have to meet the minimum required.
Porches may not have any other fan than the approved ACC fan, which is a Hampton Bay fan, These fans are not allowed to have a light fixture attached.
Please contact the ACC if you have any questions about changes you intend to make to the exterior of your units.
